"I have been doing stained glass since 1983 and I started in the basement of our home but eventually made it up to the third floor. It is wonderful up here—the windows are large and bright and I look out at our large birch tree. I have two work stations and one has a skylight above it so the natural lighting is great. It’s nice to have the fresh air, too. The area is very large and everything is easy to clean. I only have a little problem with large panes of glass… it’s a long walk up!"
